      Pros

      I worked for 10 years in this company, which was a telecommunication company. It was like my second home. A very friendly environment, managers who motivate employees, creating a sense of belonging to the company in employees, were always honest with employees. Very good benefits, timely payment of salaries, holding training classes, the constant presence of a psychologist in the company were among the company's advantages.

      Promotion in RighTel company was rare.
