Love the coworkers, and company. Unlimited vacation (within reason), incredibly helpful and understanding bosses, fantastic mentors and coworkers are willing and excited to help

Health coverage isn't that great, no vision coverage, and the plan options are all expensive even with company cover some of the cost.
If you want to work somewhere and get treated like you working for Hitler I guess that's the place for you. It's almost like you walking on eggs all day...
