The top management expects employees to give their 200% to the job doesn't care about the employee expectations. When an employee is working brutal hours, handling daily challenges and exhausting workloads, they can at least expect some appreciation from the management. The leadership not only fails at appreciating the emplpyees but is also terrible at communication. It led to constant chaos.

Don't believe benefits in contract as they don't deliver ESOS offered even after a year of service. Management have no business plan to lead the team. It seemed like the head office had no idea how INCOMPETENT and TERRIBLE the leadership of the managers here are! I bet they were LYING, hiding all the UNETHICAL things they've been doing, and those who SUFFER are the employees! It's horrible to see employees being harassed to write a fake positive review on every platform!

It was evident from the moment I interacted with them that they held themselves in extremely high regard, often dismissing the input and concerns of others. Their condescending attitude towards employees and clients alike was disheartening and reflected a lack of respect for those they are supposed to lead. The complete lack of visible management and direction was striking. It's as if the CEO was detached from the day-to-day operations of the company, leading to confusion and chaos within the organization. Decisions seemed to be made on a whim without any clear strategy or consideration for the long-term impact. This lack of effective leadership was felt at every level, resulting in an unproductive and demotivated workforce. This place is really frustrating!
