Pros
I joined Ringover as the culture, vibe and honesty of those interviewing me stood out the most, thankfully it was all true. The overall company culture is that of a SAAS one, constantly pushing for new tech for our customers, keeping the company ahead of the competition and ultimately making every day's opportunity different for me in sales. I have the comfort of working 100% remotely without any tech or connection issues and have all the support of the Group where needed. Headquarters are in Paris, France which allows for international travel. Prospecting and selling is unrestricted as well, so I am not limited to clients that I can drive or travel to only. Achieving target means incentives and commission, the main carrot for every sales individual
Cons
I don't have any issues or cons currently. Everything I've questioned or needed assistance with has been addressed. Many processes have been new for the Group breaking into new Countries and Markets, so with that comes teething problems. Nice to know these get addressed
