Thanks for your review. Riverflex is a high-paced and demanding work environment indeed. This will not fit everyone but those with a strong skillset and growth mindset will get excellent chances to learn and develop themselves while still have a good life balance and time with friends and family. However, we're not a place for quiet quitters looking to simply clock 9 to 5 without switching themselves on.

Thanks for your review. We recognise the plus and minus points. The strive for ambitious challenging work together with quality time at home to raise a family is a really tough one. However, we try our best. All the leadership team have families and we have working mothers with part-time arrangements in our leadership. The typical people in Riverflex are ambitious professionals too, however, so we have a high bar for quality standards and fast development so this certainly is not a place for anyone looking to simply coast through life.
