Pros
Decent lunches to celebrate a good month, good commission structure if you can get a decent mentor (of which there are few).
Cons
Very lad-ish culture, CEO can't actually run a company as he doesn't seem to take the company seriously, but is also never satisfied with how the rest of the staff are doing. The culture is toxic and not very diverse (15-20 members of staff and only 3/4 women?)
