I would say staff treated badly with low management and leadership capability. Naive and ineffective HR which does not follow industry standard practices. Toxic culture of bullying masked as 'saying it how it is'. Unrealistic push for sales over experience or ability to deliver. In short hollow company masquerading as legitimate contender
