Great team culture, good office atmospere. Engaged and down to earth leadership who communicate their vision. Lots of interesting and cool tech. A real "get stuff done" attitude.
Cons
Greatest strength may also be a weakness - there are a few independent markets RPL is working in, which limits the ability to focus.
