      Everyone is caring, genuine, and willing to help you the best that they can for you to succeed. I. Everyone is always welcoming, eager to learn, and positive about all aspects of the job. I feel safe and embraced for being me. Everyone always tries to get to know one another on both professional and personal levels, which makes the team work more efficiently because they are comfortable with one another. Also, I've never worked anywhere where the executives were so communicative and open. When someone takes the time to keep you informed, it makes you feel like you are respected,
