      Pros

      To start with, the most amazing part of this company is it does not let you feel like you are a employee. It feels like a family. Work is good and great seniors to guide. You feel you are in safe hands. Great people at all levels of the company - joining Rocket Consulting is like joining a family and everyone is supportive of each other and has a great time together. A great culture and amazing people. I wish I could carry on working with Rocket for many years yet. I absolutely loved working at Rocket Consulting! Great company, I would recommend for anyone who's interested in the tech industry and loves a company who cares about its employees.

      Pros

      You feel like Rocket are there, poised ready to push the next set of Digital boundaries, with a consistent drive within the company to enhance business outcomes for both Rocket and our customers - which creates an exciting, thriving atmosphere of innovation and ideas. With every new step taken they never seem to loose sight of how to support the team. Personal development and work/life balance is supported well with many options available for people to explore new avenues of career development. Management are highly skilled and very experienced leaving you feeling confident in their abilities, creating an atmosphere of openess, transparency and shared thinking. A great bunch of highly skilled, driven, innovative people!!

      Cons

      Wide geographic spread - not being able to see the entire team as much as I would like to.
