Pros

None really, time off is probably the best thing this place has going for it. But they hold it over your head if you do so.

Cons

Low pay, they treat IT/engineering and fiber tech staff like trash. If your coming from QL or any other FOC/tech company stay. The grass is not greener, long hours, force to work on call night/weekends and holidays with NO over time or compensation ( unless your a VP you don't have to do anything) most of the VP and management have no idea what they are doing and have never worked in this industry, and they are always " working from home" but working from home is frowned upon if not in management. They say they are a start up but don't let that fool you.

The pay is not great but also not too poor.

Cons

Everything else about this place. The leaders are young and inexperienced. The staff is not very good at what they do and but for the billionaire owner's deep pockets they would have failed by now. Lots of promises and happy talk but no vision, no planning, no technical competence and no ability to deliver what they promise. This company promised it's early customers TV services and more than 1 1/2 years later are still to deliver on that promise.

The checks cashed. Working here allowed me to add experience to my resume.

Cons

Leadership is absolutely clueless and have zero experience running an ISP. They use the culture and ISMs only when it benefits them. If you make suggestions they label you as a "complainer." Their pay is absurdly low across all departments. People quit and accept jobs at Comcast, that should tell you all you need to know. Well over 25% of their workforce has quit within the year and instead of introspection, Leadership simply claims "they don't care". Leadership asks employees to post good reviews on this site to counterbalance the bad ones. BEWARE.
