Rocket Lab Reviews

I'm at the main office and been here for a few months. The people are nice and mostly just out of college. Everyone wears tee-shirts... largely the ones the company routinely gives away. The A/C is always pumping and the office is clean. Work is busy but not overwhelming. We're near the LBX so there's plenty of dining options outside the cafeteria. Free snacks. Free sodas. Plenty of company sponsored events. launch watch parties, and other social things. The Aerospace Games were a hit… our team lost… I think.

Rocket Lab is a very exciting and rewarding place to work. It's fast paced, and you get to work alongside very talented individuals (the best in the business). The environment is very collaborative amongst all departments and locations and although it's a larger company, you don't feel disconnected because there is a lot of communication and information that is shared internally. It's rewarding in so many ways. The impact the company is making on the world is very exciting and I'm proud to be part of Rocket Lab.
