The wage rates and benefits for the contract this person was most likely tied to were determined by the Dept of Labor Wage Determination chart applicable to the contract for that year. Employers have zero control over the wage that is paid. Individuals who accept positions on this type of contract do so knowing exactly what they will be paid and what the benefits will consist of before they accept the position. Rollout does its best to provide "soft" benefits for our employees, such as additional training opportunities at no cost and flexibility on working hours to accommodate what the employees desire and need. Additionally, as a subcontractor to the prime contract we believe this individual is responding to, there is a large chance the person worked for the prime on the contract and has put the same feedback on both of the company Glassdoor profiles. Glassdoor is not a reputable source of feedback on companies because the data they accept from the public is not verified. Anyone can add derogatory, or complimentary feedback, at will.
Rollout Systems is a great starter job if you want a part-time feel for full -time pay. Also it's great if your in transition from one job to another and just need something to tide you over.
Cons
Medical benefits aren't all that. You don't get any PTO until a year in and even then, it's only two weeks. And the company always gives you the feeling that they care more about their customer's happiness over their own employees.
