    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook

I have been working at Royal Air Force full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

Good bosses, great comrades and the pay is ok.

    Cons

Most of the camps are falling apart. Don’t expect hot water or heating in the work environment and sometimes the on station accommodation.

    Advice to Management

Spend less on aircraft and more on making the people that make it all happen. The environment is atrocious in my workplace and has been for years! Please provide the same standards that are expected of us.
