I worked at Royal Air Force full-time

    Pros

You get the opportunity for sport and travel.

    Cons

The increase in operations and exercises but the constant thinning of man power means you are away more and more. No reward for what you do. Paid for too little I'm you are an engineer. If you work in admin or are a PT you are laughing with the amount you get paid.

    Advice to Management

Give the engineering man power more money or you will always struggle to retain them.
