Rustici Software has a one-of-a-kind culture where people can be themselves and adjust the way they work to the rest of their life. If you need some flexibility for an appointment, not feeling well, etc, you can adjust when and where you work as needed. The culture here motivates everyone to be their best selves and to lend your coworkers a helping hand whenever you get a chance.
Cons
Rusticians tend to be experts in SCORM and other learning standards. These aren't necessarily the most exciting subject matters. That said, obtaining that level of expertise produces a different form of satisfaction in the subject.
