Pros
I was here for more than 2 years and had a very different experience to those who have commented.
I was well paid, trained and developed and supported by senior management. There was flexible working and yes it was hard but it was a start-up.
People came and went (which is unfortunate) and I think the people who have commented previously maybe saw it as a job for life rather than the risks that come with a company funded by seed money or investors.
We were well supported by HR, they were family friendly, flexible and allowed me to work whatever hours I wanted as long as I got my job done. Even working from abroad.
I had courses, development and a great line manager who was friendly, professional and trusted us.
Cambridge was a lovely office, great Macbooks and some really good people. Even those who have complained.
Ryff had to make some tough decisions because they ran out of money,
