- SB Friedman hires great candidates with a passion for community development and a keen eye for learning - Team Manager is super helpful and cares about your overall growth and comfort with the role - Much to learn and become aware of, but they do a great job at easing you in and helping you flourish - Strong team communication

The people at the Firm are very smart and nice to work with.

Poor management, very little pay despite claiming the firm offers competitive comp, and understaffed due to high turnover.
