      Consultancy for people who don't enjoy large consultancy companies

      Pros

      Honest and open co-workers, flat hierarchy, not us vs them, really skilled seniors. Location convenient in Kamppi. Good spirits at the HQ office.

      Cons

      No project management (other than leads), so you could feel being at customers mercy at times. Not really a place for juniors. You'll propably sit in the customer premises most of the time.
