- Very friendly colleagues, they are great people - No toxicity among colleagues - All willing to help each other out
Cons
- Very unfair compensation practices. "Bonuses" or "incentives" are presented to staff, but they are actually tied to increased responsibilities or owed salary adjustments, not genuine additional compensation. - Little to no career progression opportunities. Very hard to get salary increment too. - Micro-management is high, controlling environment. - Limited opportunity to exercise independent or critical thinking. Work is usually directive, repetitive and task-based. - Biased treatment of staff with no justification. If management does not like you from the get-go, you will have a hard time. - You can be shifted around branches across Singapore and have no say in it.
