- At SEEK, you will find a great team spirit with an international and smart and passionate team. - Possibility to gain experience in consulting and develop a skillset - SEEK works with extremely interesting clients in the development sector from large foundations to multilateral and UN organisations. Projects are super varied so everyone can find something of interest to them. - They also offered flexibility for working parents and the possibility to work remotely for some extended periods if needed
Cons
As always in consulting, it's hard to level out capacity and at times it can get extremely busy - however, there is awareness for the issue and you can take time off to compensate
