      My time at SIA

      Pros

      The pros are that when you come to SIA you feel like you belonged there in the beginning…..

      Cons

      But then over time, you are pushed to the side. The HR department doesn’t care about you anymore. There is no training department to help you learn. You will drown with this company. And it will make you feel like you are nothing.

      I can’t find one pro

      Cons

      Very low salaries, the owner does not care about the employees. The company is stuck in 1976, the owner has no idea how to evolve his business. Basically a family owned company that was handed their success with no idea how to grow. They pretend to be bigger than they are. It’s all smoke and mirrors. Do not work for them or become a customer. You’ll regret it.
