Cons
Poor management and lack of transparency. I was assigned to a project that already had a predetermined end date, but this was never communicated to me. After the project ended, I was told that if they couldn't match me with another client, our collaboration would be terminated. This created uncertainty and gave the impression that important information had been withheld from the beginning.
