A number of talented long-tenured professionals remain with the firm. Flexible work schedule. Staff collaborate well and seem to care about the company.

Cons

The never ending talk about the Private Equity event that has been ongoing for several years, and the fact that they are desperate to get maximum value for the firm such they are making several very short-sighted decisions. These will certainly impact the longer-term success of SLR. Recently hired COO for North American has a horrible reputation in the business as a person who will deliver the "plan" at all costs. Meeting financial objectives are important, ruining the trusting culture and having no ability to inspire staff...not so much.
