No pros at all. job seekers don't waste your time , money and Most important your effort.
Cons
One man company. along with all female employees. Its not a software development company. Don't know how to handel s/w engg. No notice period. By default take your one month salary. Not provide any experience letter. Not provide any relieving letter. Just a fake commitment. most important this person don't know how to make development team for example he hire one 1 year java exp, one 1 year php exp, one 1 year front end exp and one fresher candidate. Now developed one s/w based on nobody know on which domain. My personal advice don't waste your time in this company interview.
