Pros

None to mention about this company or the executive management

Cons

A very remote executive management team with an inability to retain and maintain healthy work relationships, unless you are chosen to be socially compatible and become a ‘Favorite’. Very much incapable of growing and retaining efficient and effective work resources. Instead, they hold onto submissive staff so they are able to sway their morals and integrity. Executive management have poor decision making skills, do not nurture staff potential and tend ‘make away’ with staff that are decisive, forward thinkers and have the ability to stand up for themselves. Management tend to judge your abilities and skills, based on your religious beliefs and have a tendency to mask their malicious demeanor by pretending to be overly charismatic Christians. They also believe that staff are disposal, and go through a clean out of staff that they dislike under the pretext of ‘retrenchments’ every year. If you do not side with the wrong do-ers, you become an outcast and plans are put into motion to get rid of you.
