Pros
Being here for 3 years, I’ve seen both sides of the company. There were difficult periods where things were uncertain, but the team stayed together and trusted the management. Recently, there has been a clear shift, better planning, improved structure, and work getting done on time. On a personal level, I’ve grown both technically and in managing responsibilities. The exposure helped me build confidence in handling work independently.

Earlier, there was a lack of structure and clarity in some processes, which made things challenging during that phase.
