The staff are clearly numb to the management style and "leadership" of the owner. The work environment.

Working from home is a plus.

Cons

Ridiculous expectations to meet quotas, while telling the tsr's they have to get through surveys faster, be professional, but don't waste time on customers who you know are going to take to much time.
