      Pros

      International offices, interesting work, growing company. Exposure to lots of different sectors and industries. Lots of responsibility given to employees.

      Cons

      Still developing some internal processes - HR a bit thin on the ground. Working hours can be relatively long. Internal communications could be more consistent.

      freedom ,more leave for teaching and non teaching staff,and also provide employee discount and health card.

      Cons

      low salary ,no need education qualification (HR position wanted BE engineering and STORE KEEPER wanted -MBA qualification)
