      Pros

      Great staff in the clinics.

      Cons

      Upper management is aggressive and lacks basic managerial skills to lead a company of this size. Clinics are forced to double and triple book patients, resulting in falling behind schedule, thus aggravating patients and leaving staff vulnerable to consistent anger. This practice leaves technologists, nurses, and administrators to work after scheduled hours on a regular basis. There is no incentive as overtime is not allowed; this leaves parents scrambling to organize childcare, often paying extra, but not earning extra to cover it. Lack of pay increases to match salaries across the region.

      Good people, not so good company

      Pros

      Met really wonderful coworkers here. Fun annual company party. Most colleagues are nice and pleasant to work with. The radiologists are friendly (with a few notable exceptions). Most facilities are very clean.

      Cons

      Pay not competitive. Patient schedule is overbooked - be careful or your back and shoulders will pay. Managers are a hit or miss - one manager concocted different ways to avoid overtime but had no problem making you do the work of two people. Lots of favoritism. PRNs didn't get a cost of living raise for 10 yrs.

      There are some good dedicated people here.

      Cons

      Greedy current senior leadership, constant favoritism. STRIC is known for turning away elderly cancer patients while bending over backwards for The Spurs. Ignorant leadership talks about saying "Yes" to everything, but only follows this practice for the rich. STRIC is a money siphon for a few greedy white elitists who do next to nothing for their employees. The original CEO was a good guy, and it's sad to see what has become of his wonderful dream. Pride, greed, and a disregard for their fellow Texans have helped STRIC profit greatly through the Covid-19 pandemic.
