Pros
Hard work is rewarded fairly. The team is funny, wonderful, professional, and very helpful. Variety of projects that elevate your skillset. Unlimited PTO. 401k matching is good for a small company.
Cons
Unlimited PTO depends on the project load. 401 k matching is great for a small company, but it could be higher. To be fair, they are constantly working to make it better.

Pros
You will be stretched in many directions and come to learn the organizational development industry well. The company has a cool vibe and it does some good in the world through its volunteerism.
Cons
For starters, you should be critical of the three five-star ratings within a few days of each other in January 2020…this is likely the three owners. It is a good company but they’ve had frequent layoffs throughout the years that have led to insecurity. The company doesn’t have the greatest financial discipline for long term growth. The hours are long and grueling…it isn’t for everyone!
