Pros

If you need money and can't find any other job it's an easy option

Cons

A toxic work environment where negative, bullying behavior is baked into the very culture. Employees are stressed, because of the total monitoring of hourly performance – not to mention toilet brakes. Communication is one way, a hierarchical top down, blame culture is rife, and only total obiedience is rewarded and when people don't comply or complain they are given the worst tasks as a punishment in a sort of public display discriminatory system. Power is centralized at the very top and it is one's position in the hierarchy that gives prestige – not abilities and personal knowledge. At SG you get to experience an autocratic, archaic organizational structure, where time seems to have stopped a long time ago. So if you are into a conservative invironment, with a heavy workload, job insecurity, poor salary and conflicts, you are in for a real treat. For uneducated individuals, it's an opportunity to move up the ranks, as long as you are prepared to put in a lot of free hours, doing some serious bootlicking and don't disagree with the "Great Leader".

Pros

Some people are good to work with

Cons

I experienced bullying in the workplace, and management consistently supported it. The workload was extremely high compared to the salary, which was well below market expectations. During a company restructuring, several employees in my department were terminated and then offered reemployment in significantly lower roles with reduced pay: for example, senior employees being offered junior positions at junior-level salaries while maintaining the same workload. This practice was presented as “normal” by the company. Worst company I have ever worked for, they hire a lot of young people who are willing to work long hours for a low salary. My contract explicitly said I cannot talk about the company in purogatory meaning, I do not know how that is possible in Denmark, when we have freedom of speech.
