Supportive Team and Solid Work-Life Balance

Pros

Pros: Talented and supportive coworkers who are always willing to help. Flexible remote work policy (can work from home up to 3 days a week). Solid benefits package including generous PTO and good health insurance. Leadership is open to feedback — at least in theory.

Cons

Cons: Promotions and raises are slow and often lack transparency. Workload can get overwhelming, especially during product launches. Middle management often feels disorganized and communication across teams can be spotty. Not a lot of room for innovation; tech stack is a bit outdated. Advice to Management: Empower your teams more and invest in modernizing the tech stack. Also, clearer career progression paths would go a long way in improving morale.
