      People are great management lacks direction.

      Pros

      People are great and very supportive and knowledgeable. They provide a great work environment and competitive salary for the industry. Good work life balance.

      Cons

      Sale system seems unorganized and CEO seems to experiment with sales processes and doesn't have a very clear sense of how to drive sales, thus sales team ends up paying for the lack of direction.

      Unfortunately, we did have to abandon a new sales effort, which included having to eliminate a position we recently created. We were disappointed that our plan didn't work out. My apologies to you.

      Pros

      Good people working here. Technical staff are very smart and easy to work with. Good opportunity for those wanting to break into software development and learn.

      Cons

      Bad executive staff communication all around, especially among themselves. No empowerment by CEO, CEO is way too involved in day to day activities, too controlling. When he is not around, no new business can move forward. He practices indirect micromanagement.

      We are fortunate to have some really good people that work at Saritasa, and have been here a long time. This has allowed us to create new leadership and management roles and evolve our model - empowering our best people. We've grown and matured dramatically over the past several years, which has enabled us to open a 2nd office in New York City. I am very happy that much of the "micromanagement" required of me years ago is no longer required. I have much more time for strategic growth efforts.
