the management is suffocating, the company goals are not clear at all. Basics tools to work are not available either. The company the was preached to me during the interview has nothing to do with the one existing in term of values .. It was a vey bad experience

The team is young and brilliant, with a rare willingness to do the extra-mile.
Everyone has a lot of autonomy and there's plenty of room to come up with new ideas and become owners of new projects.
The environment is very dynamic: things are moving super fast so it's a great opportunity to observe continuously new things, both in terms of structure and activities.
