Perfect work-life balance, management is patient, understanding and very helpful as is the entire team that works here. You definitely get out what you put in as far as compensation goes; a self-starter and sense of work ownership and dedication I would say is a definite requirement for this position as the work itself is not particularly difficult in any way, maintaining due diligence is key to being successful in this position.
