      Friendly and Approachable CEO – The leadership is accessible and open to discussions. Good Working Environment – The workplace culture is positive, and teamwork is encouraged. Supportive Mentor – My mentor was very helpful, provided great guidance, and encouraged learning.

      Salary hikes were not structured or transparent. The salary increments did not match performance and market standards.
