Pros

All employees are friendly and only want what's best for the company.

Cons

First, the CEO is no longer Maged. He passed away in early 2020 and when he did, the company's vision went with him. The president did an admirable job navigating the pandemic. However, the company was bought out by Valsoft in 2021 and undertook many cost-cutting initiatives. Unfortunately, this meant developers who had integral knowledge about products are gone. Those who are left are struggling to handle their previous workload while trying to cover for the gaps that have been left. If the company is able to survive, I will be surprised.

Pros

Product is sound and needed, and something one can believe in.

Cons

Much of management is misguided, allowing for repeated errors, miscommunication, finger pointing, and, ultimately, loss of morale on the inside and business on the outside.
