Working here has been wonderful. We work together as a team, and are valued as individuals. Management appreciate we all have families and we are granted flexibility and trusted to get the job we are paid for done.

Joining a group (company was bought out almost 3 years) has made things a little disjointed - there is no clear direction on the way forward from a strategic perspective
