      Pros

      Managers work very hard to work with employees in the most understanding way I have ever seen. You are able to learn new skills, move up in the company, and gain exposure and experience within the company and community.

      Cons

      Reviews are occasionally delayed. Merit raises are not even close to cost of living increases. Recognized Holidays are few. PTO accruals for hourly employees are small.

      Over all I feel this is a good company to work for. If it can get some solid direction it could be great.

      Pros

      I feel my direct manager really cares about me as a person.

      Cons

      I don't feel there is a consistent direction for the company. And I feel the product owners are too scared of upper management to be honest with them. Or they are just worried about looking good and not what is best for the company.

      Not just a number

      Pros

      I feel like I am treated as a person whose skills and talents are recognized and valued. My boss is very laid back as long as the work gets done. 10/10 would recommend being a tester,

      Cons

      Not a ton of upper movement as a software tester but there are other avenues to go if you're smart, organized, a good communicator, and a team player.
