Infrastructure didn't always keep up with the pace of growth;
For some who came to work for Scrypt, in my opinion, the pace of growth and the demands of the job were too much to handle; unfortunately, upon exit from the company, this resulted in a couple of rare negative reviews.
Great work/family balance. Has a small family culture with lots of diversity. Never felt out of place or looked down upon by anyone, even upper management.
