I have never worked for a company that cares so much about recovering addicts. The only thing that matters is that there is solid grounding in recovery.
Cons
Just like any treatment center-some times people leave because they think they are ready, and sometime they don't make it.
They care about addicts. They care about recovery. They don't tell addicts to leave when their insurance cancels or doesn't pay enough. I have worked at other facilities, but the for profit facilities generally tell addicts to go away if the pay isn't there. Not this place...they really do care.
Cons
It is located in a strip mall. It is hard for clients to understand what progress based is. We work most holidays but those days are.condensed.
