The executive team is highly collaborative, and there is a strong commitment to building scalable, impactful products. As a technology leader, I highly value the autonomy given to shape the engineering culture and the dedication of our talented technical team.

      Because the company is growing rapidly, we are constantly having to update and rebuild internal processes to keep up with the scale. The fast-paced nature of the health-tech industry means that priorities can occasionally shift, which requires a highly adaptable mindset.

      Great learning environment with a very supportive team. The flexible scheduling is a huge plus, and management is generally quite understanding of personal emergencies. Good place to build your clinical skills

      Cons

      The clinic/workload can get extremely busy during peak seasons, occasionally leading to long hours. The initial training and onboarding process could also be a bit more streamlined for new hires
