      Pros

      Wages paid on time, that's about it.

      Cons

      Under paid, over worked. You are expected to carry out duties that are not part of your contract but yet remain on the same wage. Managers never communicate with the staff and rarely make site visits if there are problems. No interest in meeting their officers needs. Build up a relationship on false promises. They just don't care.

      As a Flexi you get to choose when you work and a choice of shift lengths, 7, 9 or 12 hours.

      Cons

      The overall treatment of the flexi,s by the permanent staff including some Supervisors. Its appalling and its a case of leave all the casual staff to do all the boring mundane positions whilst the full time go off to the more varied and interesting jobs. Maybe get trained up after a few years spent in the shed most of the whole shift apart from an hour or two rostered in the freight shed searching lorries. Some watches not speaking to you unless they have no choice for the whole shift. Ignored all the time.

      i was a manager with securitas for 4 years having came to them from Chubb security and I can honestly say that their management is one of the worst in the industry I have 20 years experience in the industry and left in total disgust by the way my branch manager treated the staff and how the ops support thought they ran the company. They can't spell security let alone know the meaning of the word. Everything about them is false.
