      Pros

      - superb team spirit - great product - helping designers design better buildings - no doors to management - everybody can directly incluence the product development direction - good coaching for the junior staff - nice office locations

      Given how things are in other young companies, there is nothing negative to say about Sefaira.

      Pros

      The office is nice, with an open plan and lots of meeting spaces. Developer salary was competitive with good benefits including tons of vacation time. A number of friendly, smart people to work with, especially in sales and customer success.

      Cons

      Sefaira lost quite a few talented product managers and developers over the last year and a half, and have done a very poor job filling the gaps. This has resulted in a very junior, largely ineffective product development team. One of the biggest problems is that upper management is incapable of generating or communicating a roadmap. This leaves development without anything meaningful to build and sales with nothing new or valuable to leverage. Salaries with variable pay aren't worth it.
