      Pros

      There are no pros here. Whatever they promise you to get you in the door is a lie and within a week of employment you will regret the decision. Your pay check might bounce or not be accepted by the bank at all. If you are a salary employee expect to be treated as an object/slave with no recognition for your hard work. You have to constantly clean up after the managers and each week it worsens.

      Cons

      Management is completely unorganized, rude, unethical, unprofessional, unrealistic, problematic, confrontational, irrational, and are running all their employees myself included to the Labor Board, to the EEO Board, and to the IRS.

      HR review. Think long and hard before accepting an HR position here

      Pros

      Location was a great reason. It was an exempt position. That's it!

      Cons

      They are too cost conscious (cheap) when it comes to non exempt employees. Exploit their non-exempt employees. They do not participate in e-verify allowing undocumented hire. Their break room is a pig style. Owner does not care to provide a good lunch environment. Broken cabinets and they don't even provide the essentials for lunch such as forks and spoon. They hire these undocumented people to then fire them within a month. My first and second day was horrible. The HR in charge not a available and small amount of instruction. I was bored out of my mind. On my 2nd day I had to lay off 6 people that were hire a month prior because of lack of work. Yet they anticipate to bring then back in Jan. Terrible! BTW at least one was undocumented. I want nothing to do with this company. My desk was full of mice droppings. Gross! If you been contacted for an HR professional job and you are used to doing the right thing then this is NOT for you. The person before me lasted 3 weeks I lasted 2 days. DON'T DO IT YOU WILL REGRET IT LIKE I DID! .

      Don't be fooled by fake reviews. This place is terrible.

      Pros

      Nothing. Just lucky my pay check never bounced. That wasn't the case for everyone I worked with.

      Cons

      Everything. Tried to strong arm their employees into writing good reviews on here and still couldn't. The ones now are obviously paid for and many say the EXACT same thing. We just had a fresh round of layoffs this month but somehow everything is awesome here? How dumb do they think people are?
