      - You wear a lot of hats so it is a learning environment in that respect - Flexible work environment - My co-workers are hard-working, smart, capable, professional - Goals of the company are clear - you know what you are working toward and what is expected - Has a profit-sharing program which is unusual for a small company - Very customer-focused

      At Select International, they have something they call the Select Way. It's a philosophy that drives their working style and the decisions they make. At its core, the Select Way essentially means you focus on helping the company's clients achieve their goals, by being highly responsive, detail-oriented, positive, collaborative, and smart. The company generally does a good job of balancing professionalism with having fun.

      Cons

      The "Select Way" isn't clearly defined. You either get it or you don't. Those who embrace receive a lot of encouragement and support. Those who don't are sort of managed out of the organization.
