Pros
- Collaboration. Limited egos, lots of opportunities to connect with your team and brainstorm solutions. - Smart people. You learn a lot from everyone in the company. - The company supports its people taking a break when needed.
Cons
- Starting salary is low. They low ball you at the beginning. But after my first review I got a pay increase and I’m getting paid what I’m worth.

meeting tolerable coworkers was the only thing that really made you stay
Cons
extremely high turnover rate, micromanages and expects so much for so little pay, no potential for growth and management does not really care about you, the harder you work the more tasks you're given and you're essentially doing double the work for the same pay as everyone else, toxic workplace environment
