      Great working environment Lovely people to work with Friendly and approachable management team I have involvement in a good variety of tasks and projects Personal development is encouraged, and I feel that my input and ideas are welcomed I feel that my contribution is valued Support has been available whenever I have needed it Flexible working

      Pros

      Great company to work for. Structured performance reviews delivered on time. Personal development encouraged with on-the-job training and support. Very busy schedule which I thrive upon. Flexible with regards to leave, personal appointments and remote working. Great communications throughout the company. IT support and all the tools needed to complete the job. Respect, trust and encouragement continuously fed back from team leaders and management. I learnt more in the first month of working for Semcon than I did in the past 10 years at my previous company.
