      Pros

      Amazing team of people. Flexible working hours. Yearly pay review (pay increase usually only covers inflation but still something) Great company benefits. Good place to 'start' your career.

      Cons

      Unequal pay and opportunities. Very little opportunity for development or progression. Semcon values itself on 'diversity' but at least in the UK, this couldn't be any further from the truth. Salary very under market average.

      A weekly fresh fruit delivery.

      Cons

      Professional and engaging staff across all platforms. Unfortunately, the established management structure is appointed by cronyism, inevitably eroding workplace morale and trust, a blame culture permeates and inexplicable management decisions abound.

      Great working environment Lovely people to work with Friendly and approachable management team I have involvement in a good variety of tasks and projects Personal development is encouraged, and I feel that my input and ideas are welcomed I feel that my contribution is valued Support has been available whenever I have needed it Flexible working
