      The company has a great mission but poor management

      Cons

      The Ego and ignorance of leadership takes precedence over what is needed to staff the organization with competent personnel. The CEO would rather make excuses and blame others for the work of incompetent staff rather admitting to the failure of not recognizing employees pooer oerformance ,flaws and failure to work. The CEO needs to understand what it really requires to accomplish a task rather than forcing an inaccurate result
